Seguin Youth
Soccer Association Board of Directors will establish the
registration timeframe for both Fall and Spring Soccer
participation
An "Individual Membership Form" must be completed and
submitted for each individual that is to be registered on a
soccer team
EACH "Individual Membership Form" should have the
registration fee attached (check or cash)
"Individual Membership Forms" will be submitted to the
Treasurer to process fees
Treasurer will stamp PAID on each membership form and
forward the "Individual Membership Forms" to Registrar for
computer input and official registration no later than two
weeks from registration deadline identified by the SYSA
Board of Directors
Registrar will be provided a minimum of two weeks for
computer input and official registration submittal to the
Alamo Area Soccer Association
Player activation and official player registration will
consist of only those individuals for which an "Individual
Membership Form" has been submitted and fees received
Division II and Division III Coaches are responsible for
submitting a team roster, soccer division, team name,
coaches names, and verification of birthdates along with the
"Individual Membership Form"
